After the first two months, the terms are month-to-month. Buildings returned mid-month are charged at a prorated cost based on a 30 day month. Damages beyond normal wear and tear are chargable at shop rates as of the repair work. Upkeep of the building on site is the customers responsibility. This includes cleaning of air conditioner filters (if air conditioner is included), janitorial. If a chair is used, it is suggested to lay down a plastic or carpet floor mat to protect the building floor deck.
Specifically not included:
Power connection or disconnection. Steps or landings. Any field work beyond repairing factory defects. Changing of air conditioner filters, light bulbs or broken glass, lost keys, etc. Relocation of building on site due to inaccessible delivery locations.
